bookings & payments
we work on a first come first served basis,
we accept cash & card

tips / service charges
100% of tips are split between the team based on hours worked each month, we never add a service charge

refunds
if something isn’t right, please let us know immediately so we can fix it,
we don't usually issue refunds for food or drink that has been finished with no concerns being raised

age limits
we operate a challenge 25 policy
if you are lucky enough to look under 25, please be ready to show valid photo ID when ordering alcohol
